At Gamry, your technical support issues are handled by David
Loveday, Pete Peterson, Bob Rodgers, or Rob Sides. They are
electrochemists who are very familiar with Gamry products and
electrochemical applications.
If
you have any concerns or questions about your Gamry instrument or their
application, contact us at any time. There is never a charge for technical support for Gamry
users. Select from the support options below.

Support
E-mail is particularly useful for international users. It's a
fast way to send data files to us so we can evaluate your data
directly to assist in trouble-shooting your instrument or evaluating your
data. If you need a custom script, we can e-mail the script to you to use
instantly.

Upgrades
of Gamry Software
You should always use the latest version of our
software. If you are a licensed Gamry user, you can upgrade to the latest
revision of Gamry software. There is no charge for this service. If you don't want to download the software, you can obtain
a CD-ROM from Gamry for a nominal investment.
PCI4, Series G, and Reference 600 users can
upgrade to Version 5.x here.
PCI4 and PC4 users can upgrade
your Version 4 Software here.
PC3 or PC4 users can
upgrade
your Version 3 Software here.

it for free.

Gamry provides training on the various aspects of electrochemistry that
